Our Restaurant
Our restaurant at Farrington’s Mill was a new build completed in 2021. Designed with comfort and atmosphere in mind, the space features large windows that flood the room with natural light and offer a stunning view of our Garden, along with a viewing window straight into our on site brewery. With a warm, modern interior and a maximum capacity of 90 guests, it’s perfect for everything from intimate dinners to lively gatherings. Whether you're joining us for a relaxed weekend meal or a special celebration, the setting adds an extra touch to your experience.
Our Approach To Food
At Farrington’s Mill, our approach to food is all about quality, seasonality, and local ingredients. We believe in letting great produce speak for itself, which is why we work closely with Irish suppliers and farmers to bring fresh, thoughtfully sourced ingredients to every plate. Our menus are inspired by what’s in season, with a mix of comforting classics and creative dishes that showcase bold flavours and simple, honest cooking. Whether it’s a casual lunch, a special dinner, or a weekend treat, we aim to serve food that’s memorable, satisfying, and made with care.
Our Brewery
We have our very own in-house brewery here at Farrington’s Mill, where we craft small-batch beers using locally sourced ingredients. You’ll find our brews not just behind the bar, but in the kitchen too, like in our beer-battered fish and chips or our homemade Bearded Badger stout brown bread. Our Garden
At Farrington’s, our garden is more than just a peaceful outdoor space it’s a working part of our kitchen and bar. We grow a wide variety of fresh herbs right here on-site, many of which are used daily in our seasonal dishes and even in some of our signature cocktails. Whether you’re stopping by for a quiet drink in the sun or sitting down to enjoy a relaxed meal, our garden offers the perfect setting. With plenty of seating and full outdoor service, it’s a lovely spot to soak up the atmosphere and enjoy the best of what we have to offer.
Our Farm
Farrington’s Mill Farm sits at the heart of what we do, supplying fresh, homegrown produce straight to our kitchen and to Sprout & Co. With seasonal salad leaves and veg, everything is grown with care just a stone’s throw from your plate. We’ve reared pigs on site and are now working towards producing our own beef, continuing our commitment to sustainable, locally sourced food from farm to fork.
