Pale Ale has been a staple of the craft brewing movement for the past 40 years starting with the introduction of Sierra Nevada’s Pale Ale. So, it made perfect sense to have our first brew be a pale ale. Farrington’s Oatmeal Pale Ale uses Irish grown base malts from Loughran’s Family Malt and American hops like Centennial, Citra and Idaho 7 giving the beer both fruity and citrusy overtones. The oatmeal addition helps to give the beer a dry easy drinking quality allowing for thirst quenching satisfaction pint after pint.
